The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities visited Salah El-Din Citadel to inspect the restoration and maintenance work of the Muhammad Ali Mosque and the development of visitors services in the Citadel
Dr. Khaled El Enany also inspected a number of services that were provided in the archaeological area, including electric cars, equipped with smart screens to measure the extent of visitors’ satisfaction with their experience during the visit, in addition to Soft drinks and food machine used with smart cards, in addition to the development of toilets, ticket office, which is scheduled to be done through electronic payment.
This in addition to providing the archaeological area with a number of guiding boards, benches and wooden umbrellas to protect visitors from the sun's and making paved paths to make the castle available to visitors of special needs and activities for children in the castle area
