The Giza Pyramids area welcomed today Mr. Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, the Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism, and his accompanying delegation. The meeting was held on the sidelines of his current official visit to Egypt to participate in the fourth ministerial meeting of tourism ministers of the D-8 member states, which Egypt hosted and chaired in Cairo throughout today and yesterday. This comes in light of Egypt's presidency of the organization during the period from May 2024 to December 2025.
