Dr. Khaled El-Enany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities delivers a video-message to Egyptians and people worldwide to stay at home, to be safe, and to take care of their health and those of their beloved ones. He also highlights the importance of the implementation of the precautionary measures and safety regulations set forth by the World Health Organization, in the hopes of overcoming Covid-19.
The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities added that, while people are in social isolation at home, the ministry is sanitizing and disinfecting archaeological sites and museums all over Egypt as well as supervising these same operations at touristic venues and hotels, in preparation for receiving visitors and tourists as soon as the global condition allows for the resumption of normal touristic activity.
