As part of the Imhotep Museum's societal and cultural role in Saqqara, the Imhotep Museum's Publishing and Scientific Research Department is organizing a scientific symposium entitled "Professions and Industries in Ancient Egypt" on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 15 and 16, 2025, at the Imhotep Museum. The scientific symposium is being held on the sidelines of the celebration of Labor Day in early May. The symposium aims to shed light on the most important professions and industries in the lives of ancient Egyptians, including the creativity they provided and the enrichment of ancient Egyptian civilization. The symposium also targets students and graduates of the departments of archaeology, tourism guidance, history and civilization, and those interested in the field of tourism and antiquities.
