The Giza Pyramids received participants in the 31st conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs
The Giza Pyramids received, this morning, more than 120 participants, from more than 40 countries, of the 31st conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, accompanied by Dr. Muhammad Mokhtar Gomaa, Minister of Endowments.
They were received by Mr. Ashraf Mohie El-Din, head of the Pyramids Antiquities. The visit began with the Great Pyramid where they listened to an explanation about the history of the Pyramid and how it was built, then they went to the panorama and the Great Sphinx to take photos.
The members of the delegation expressed their happiness with this visit, saying that it was a wonderful opportunity to get acquainted with the ancient Egyptian civilization, and expressed their admiration for the pyramids.
