Restoration works on the ceiling of Esna temple in Qena governorate has been completed revealing distinguished scenes and paintings, that have never been shown before.
Dr. Mostafa Waziri General Secretary of the Supreme Council of Antiquities explains that the works included the documentation of all the temple's scenes asserting that the restoration work will continue to reach all the paintings on the walls as well as the consolidation of its colors. Birds deposits will be removed and deteriorated blocks would be replaced.
