Discovering a pink granite sarcophagus of “Ptah-Im-Wea”.
The Egyptian archaeological mission of the Faculty of Archeology at Cairo University succeeded in discovering a pink granite sarcophagus of “Ptah-m-Wea”.
He was one of senior employees during the reign of Ramesses II.
The sarcophagus was found during excavations in Saqqara area, south of the causeway of the King Unas pyramid .
