Under the title “Hidden Treasures,” Dr. Moamen Othman, Head of the Museums Sector at the Supreme Council of Antiquities, opened a temporary archaeological and artistic exhibition at the Muhammad Ali Palace Museum in Manial to celebrate the 120th anniversary of its establishment, in addition to organizing a number of artistic, cultural and educational events and activities.
Mr. Moamen Othman explained that this exhibition, which will last for 30 days, includes 20 antique pieces, a collection of silver sets, and some jewelry belonging to Prince Muhammad Ali Tawfiq, in addition to a group of artistic paintings resulting from the photography education workshop that the museum held under the title “Festival.” Egyptian pictures.
